Welcome to Nebraska Mortgage Association (NMA)

The Nebraska Mortgage Association is a non-profit trade association that represents mortgage lending interests of banks, mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, credit unions, and commercial lenders.

For more than 40 years, the Nebraska Mortgage Association has been working on behalf of our members to improve communications, generate goodwill and create an informed and ethical membership among mortgage lenders.

We encourage among our members sound and ethical business practices and methods in making, marketing and servicing real estate mortgage loans, equities, investments and other related practices.

We keep members informed of changes in mortgage laws, and aware of pending legislation that may affect the real estate mortgage business.

We sponsor meetings, seminars and workshops to update and educate our membership on mortgage related topics.

We cooperate with public and private agencies in the establishment of sound real estate mortgage practices, thereby improving the reputation and ease of doing business throughout our membership.
